On 12 December, Consul General Pan visited York, where he was received by the Rt Hon the Lord Mayor of the City of York, Cllr David Horton, Chief Executive of City of York Council, Ms Kersten England, and Head of Economic Development of City of York Council, Ms Katie Stewart. Consul Zhao Jixian accompanied Consul General Pan on his visit.
