On 15 March, Consul General Pan Yundong visited Lancashire County and University of Central Lancashire. He was received by Cllr Geoff Driver, Leader of Lancashire County Council, Mr Ben Chapman, Honorary Chairman of Parliamentary All-Party China Group and Vice President of 48 Group, Dr Malcolm McVicar, Vice-Chancellor of UCLan, Mr Brian Harris, Chair of University Board, Mr Graham Baldwin, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Ms Margaret Bruce, Pro Vice-Chancellor, and Nathalie Cachet-Gaujard, Head of International Partnerships and Business Development. Consul Zhu Yu, wife of Consul General Pan, and Consul Wu Zhaosheng, Consul Zhao Jixian accompanined the visit.
