Consul General Pan Yundong Visit Trafford

On 10th April 2014, Consul General Pan Yundong and his wife Consul Zhu Yu visited Trafford Town Hall. They were recieved by the Mayor of Trafford, Cllr Dylan Butt, and the Mayoress.
