On 1st December 2011, Consul General Pan met with the Leader of Leeds City Council, Cllr Keith Wakefeild, who was accompanied by Mr Martin Dean, Head of International Relations, Mr Peter Smith, Project Manager 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, and Ms Karen Murgatroyd, Senior Project Officer of the City Council at the Civic Hall of Leeds. Consul Zhao Jixian attended the meeting.
