On 28 May, Consul General Tang Rui attended the 100th Blackpool Dance Festival and visited Chinese competitors from various categories, including those from the Beijing Dance Academy.

The Blackpool Dance Festival is a world-class international ballroom dance competition held annually in the United Kingdom. It is renowned as the "Olympics of ballroom dancing and the dance world." In recent years, an increasing number of Chinese competitors have participated in the festival and achieved outstanding results.
